We now have an eftpos facility which enables secure telephone payments using your debit or credit card. Should you wish to pay via telephone then please call us on 61 2 95915388 (outside Australia) 02 95915388 (in Australia) and 95915388 (in Sydney). If you receive an answer phone message please call the mobile number provided - it is available 24 hours a day. Should you wish to leave your details on the message - please provide your name, card details including number, expiry date and validation code.
Alternately we use paypal for secure payments to be made through the site. This means that we cannot see the details of your paypal or credit card account. We pay a fee to paypal for their services in processing the payment. We access your payment through our paypal account. We have found paypal to be efficient and reliable. They can also be contacted if you have any problem - you will need to search the web for paypal in your country. In Australia they are open until 10pm.
As our site contains some products that are costly then paypal may ask you to provide more information in order for them to confirm your identity. This is for your protection and ours. If however you feel unsure about committing a large amount online then please email us and where possible we will arrange an alternative method of payment - or you may call us should you wish to make a payment over the phone.
